If you are reading this, I imagine you have already come a long way.
You have spent time working on yourself. You have questioned your thoughts, noticed your patterns, and explored why you react as you do. Perhaps you have tried affirmations, attended healing sessions, read books, or worked on your mindset.
And you have grown. You understand yourself more clearly. You notice patterns that once went unseen. You are more aware of what you want, and what you do not.
Yet there are moments when knowing is not enough:
You know you need to speak up.
You know you need to say “no” when that is what you feel.
You know it is time for the decision you have put off for months.
You know you need to take the first step.
And still, you hold back.
Perhaps the hardest part is that you know what you are doing. You also understand why. You know your patterns and your triggers. You may even know where they began.
Yet when the moment comes, you pause, pull back, or begin to overthink. You do the very thing you promised yourself you would not repeat. Once you understand a pattern, it is natural to hope that understanding will be enough to change it.
This is what we need to explore
If understanding alone were enough to help you change, your life would have changed by now.
Do you recognise yourself in any of these moments?
Money
You know your work has value.
Your skills come from real experience. But when it is time to name your fee, you justify it, offer extra work, or lower the amount. A moment ago you felt sure of your value. Now you are trying to make everyone else comfortable.
Career
You know your work deserves to be seen.
You write a post, read it again, and remove the line that feels a little bold. You decide to share it tomorrow, and tell yourself you are making it better.
Sometimes perfectionism is simply a clever way to stay unseen.
Relationships
You know you need a boundary.
You have told yourself, “Next time, I will say no.” Then a client, a family member, or someone close needs something. Before you pause to consider your own needs, you have said yes. Again.
Health & decisions
You know there is a decision to make.
The idea has been with you for months. You may even know the choice you want to make. Yet you wait for more clarity, more preparation, another opinion, a sign, or just one more week.
This is where fear becomes interesting. It does not always say:
“I am afraid.”
Sometimes, fear sounds perfectly reasonable.
Pause here for a moment.
In each of these moments, more information is not what is missing. You already know. Yet there is a gap between two things:
What you know in your mind
the gap
What you actually do when the moment comes
Our FTBA method helps us explore this gap
FFeeling
What you truly feel, beyond what you say you feel.
TThought
The thoughts that arise when no one else is listening.
BBelief
What you learned before you could choose for yourself.
AAction
The step you take, or the step you keep avoiding.
Thinking can help you understand your thoughts. But feelings and beliefs often hold the deeper pattern, and thinking alone may not reach them.
You cannot think your way across this gap.
Try this with me.
You do not need to analyse your whole life. Bring to mind one thing you already know you need to do. Notice what came to you as you read that sentence.
Set the fear of failure aside. Imagine the salary you want, the business growing, finally saying no.
You do not need the perfect answer. Simply notice what comes up.
Your answers stay only on this device. Nobody else can see them.
Sometimes the fear is not that it will fail. It is what might change if it works.
Neha, with Devraj, The Mindful Vision
This changed my whole life.
I used to rely on facts. Magic, energy, or an unseen force that could change my life sounded like a fairy tale. In 2009, I read The Secret for the first time. My interest grew slowly, but accepting these ideas was not easy for me.
Still, I trusted what I was learning and began to practise. My own life became my first experience of manifestation. I lost my father at a young age. My family faced financial difficulties, and I needed to earn while continuing my studies.
My first job was as a school teacher. After school, I went from home to home to give tuition. Later, while preparing for banking exams, I began to change my mindset and how I saw myself.
In 2013, I met Devraj. He was financially stable, but he carried emotional responsibilities within his family and found it hard to make his own decisions. We learned and grew together. Today, he teaches meditation and chakra healing.
We are still learning, and supporting others. We believe that revisiting old problems alone does not bring change. It also helps to notice what is good, and what is possible.
Our core belief
“We value facts, and we also stay open to the possibility of an energy that supports life. Your heart keeps beating without your conscious effort.”
“From today, I choose to stay open to the wonderful possibilities life may hold.”
In their own words.
Career
I had been at the same company for three years while colleagues moved on. Neha Ma'am taught me to work on my limiting beliefs and mindset. I have now joined a large multinational company in a fully remote role, with an 80% pay rise.

Emotional wellbeing
I was emotionally and mentally exhausted. Ho'oponopono helped me the most. Earlier, almost every situation brought up negative thoughts. Now I can notice them and consciously shift my focus.

Daily practice
I looked forward to the morning recordings and group messages. They brought positivity and intention into my day, and reminded me that true healing begins within.

There is a reason you can spend years understanding yourself and still meet the same limits. A reason you can want more money, recognition and freedom, while another part of you keeps returning to what feels familiar. And a reason that trying harder does not always change the pattern.
For the next 24 hours, notice one thing: the moment you know what you want to do, and find yourself doing something else.
